Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy is part of the Terms of Service. It applies to licences bought from Conquermental LLC through Stripe.
Cancelling
- You can cancel a monthly, quarterly or annual licence at any time from the billing link in Settings, or by writing to us. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the licence stays active until the end of the term you have paid for.
- Cancelling never removes your data. You can keep opening Orren, reading your work and exporting it after the term ends, as the Terms of Service describe.
Refunds
- First purchase. If Orren is not what you need, write to us within 14 days of your first purchase and we refund it in full, no questions asked.
- Renewals. A renewal charged to a licence you meant to cancel is refunded in full if you write to us within 14 days of the charge.
- Annual and lifetime licences are refundable in full within 14 days of purchase. After that, an annual licence is refunded pro rata for the unused months if you cancel because we materially changed or removed a feature you relied on, or because we changed these terms and you did not accept the change.
- Trials are free and are not charged, so there is nothing to refund.
- Outages. If the service is unavailable for more than 72 consecutive hours because of a failure on our side, we extend your term by the outage or refund it pro rata, your choice.
Refunds go back to the card that paid, through Stripe, and usually arrive within five to ten business days.
What is not refunded
- A term you have used past the 14-day window, other than as set out above.
- Charges from third parties for platforms you connected to Orren.
- A licence obtained through a giveaway, a gift, or a reseller we did not authorise.
How to ask
Write to josh@conquermental.com from the email address on the account, and say whether you want a cancellation, a refund, or both. We answer within two business days.
Chargebacks
Please write to us before disputing a charge with your card issuer; we can usually refund faster than a dispute resolves. A licence whose charge is disputed is suspended while the dispute is open.
