Earth at Night imagery
The night-lights globe in the app is NASA Earth Observatory / Visible Earth, "Earth's City Lights" (Black Marble, Suomi NPP VIIRS, 2012). NASA imagery is not copyrighted and may be used for any purpose without fee or permission, under NASA's media usage guidelines.
IP geolocation — DB-IP Lite
The country and city shown for a link click come from the IP to City Lite database by DB-IP, bundled in Orren's gateway. IP Geolocation by DB-IP, used under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International Licence (CC BY 4.0).
The lookup happens inside Orren's own servers: no visitor's IP address is sent to DB-IP or to any other third party, and none is stored. See the Privacy Policy.
Apple frameworks
Orren is built on Apple's SwiftUI, AppKit, Metal, Speech and related frameworks under the Apple software licence that accompanies macOS and Xcode.
